Join us and November Project for a wholesome work out of dancing burpees and biking.
May is National Bike Month, and November Project Buffalo is celebrating the final Wednesday of the month by inspiring new and returning members to include their commute as part of a workout. On May 25th, we're partnering with Reddy Bikeshare, GO Buffalo Niagara and GoBike Buffalo to set up three group rides before and after the workout, which will be led by veteran bike commuters and NP regulars.
November Project Buffalo is an outdoor workout group that meets 6:10 AM every Wednesday near Hoyt Lake and Albright Knox Art Gallery, rain, snow or shine. No cost to participate. It is one of 53 member organizations that make up a growing global movement.
