The Reddy Bikeshare and Shared Mobility teams took a paid day off in June to just enjoy one another’s company and spend time together in the sun. Summer goes by way too fast - especially if you a have job in which the busy season coincides with warmer weather. So we make sure to find at least one summer day to relax together as a team, to reconnect and find some work/life balance.

Over the past 5-10 years, this organization has managed to recruit some of the hardest working and most dedicated people I have ever worked with. Everyone on this team is passionate about biking, teamwork, and achieving both individual and organizational goals.

This team puts in work with a positive attitude and a smile every. single. day. What we do is not easy. We’re a non-profit with a small team. Reddy Bikeshare, a program of Shared Mobility Inc and in partnership with Independent Health, is one of the only independent non-profit bike share organizations still in existence in the entire US. Shared Mobility has over ten years of experience and a national portfolio of projects dedicated to uplifting disadvantaged communities through better access to shared mobility options.

We are problem solvers, creative thinkers, collaborators, too passionate for our own good, and determined to affect positive change in the lives of the people we serve.

Next on the horizon, we’re working together on how to provide shared access to e-bikes, something we believe is the future of transportation with transformative potential.

Beach Day is a form of self-care for our team. We work hard and encourage each other to be vocal about work/life balance. We support one another when we struggle, and we celebrate our collective successes.

We are a team. We are a family. We are Reddy for whatever is next.
